Job Description:

We are currently seeking highly motivated, highly coachable professionals to fill integral positions among our Solar Sales Team. In this position, you will conduct remote presentations to clients and provide them information about the benefits of choosing solar. These are clients with preset appointments who are already looking to make money by going solar. We educate our property owners on the benefits of solar. Our proprietary solar sales process makes selling solar very simple and completely different from the competition. We make it possible to put tens of thousands of dollars into our client’s bank accounts while eliminating their electric bill. The market we are currently focusing on is expected to have an 1800% growth in solar over the next 12 months. We sell into new markets with higher incentives!

What you’ll be doing:

Managing a pipeline of leads
Set proper expectations for customers
Help customers qualify for zero-down energy systems
Making $60,000 to $150,000+ Annually
What you should have:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
18 years or older
Strong work ethic
Ability to be Coachable
Desire to help the planet
Have amazing interpersonal and communications skills
Strong proven sales track record
Desire to work for a “GREEN COMPANY”
Ability to identify and overcome objections
Be able to conduct powerful presentations with prescheduled appointments

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends required
Day shift
12-hour shift
